The Divine Dance of You

Get your head out of the way....

“I don’t select from options…”

“I surrender to sacred song…”

It’s sunrise and birdsong time here in Eltham…

Eltham means, The Village of God…

So, I just asked her….

“Do you want me to make you a coffee?”

That wasn’t an option for me….

It was an offer - an offering - for both of us…

• I didn’t consider sitting here in the chair typing…

• Or reading your goodies and gifts…

• Or wiggling my toes….

• Or sniffing with my nose….

I simply surrendered to a song….

To ask her, to offer….

No head….

I just felt swayed to offer…

And so I danced…

If she said yes….

The Head - the think a do part….

Would have gotten activated to make the coffee…

The Head is great for the Step by step….

That follows surrender to a song….

Let’s dance with dancing for a bit…

Some dances have a lot of preknown step by step….

The Macarena for example…

Some have a little, something sweet that ties all the spontaneous together….

Y.M.C.A.

Some don’t have any preknown step by step or sequence at all…

Like that lovely lady in the Slovak club, who danced all night long when there was a live band…

She had different parts of her body wired into the different instruments….

What a delightful dance she was….

Listening only to the songs and the sounds….

Her body Honouring every one of them….

A treat for me to see….

Returning to the world of Mr Twenty Twenty

You’ve been on our live calls…

I couldn’t do a live call like the Macarena….

Sometimes they do have a bit like the Y.M.C.A.

(Which is 100% okay by me…..)

And the dance I enjoy the most - is in The Lovely Lady Slovak Style…

She just danced….

She was the dance…

No idea what the rest of her life was like…

I enjoy having a good mystery and an invite to ponder…
